Overview

Saxberg Law played a pivotal role in the Kapyong Barracks litigation and negotiations leading to the creation of the largest urban reserve in Manitoba. Saxberg Law also argued the case which resulted in a declaration that Manitoba discriminated against Indigenous children in care. The CSA Class Action lawsuits were settled for $530 million in November of 2024.
